About Jon Moulton

Jon Moulton, Chairman of Better Capital, formerly Managing Partner of Alchemy, a UK-based private equity firm, which invested over £2 billion with an emphasis on dealing with troubled companies and distressed debt.

He is a Chartered Accountant, a CF and Fellow of the Institute for Turnaround Professionals.  Previously worked with Citicorp Venture Capital in New York and London, Permira and Apax.  He is a trustee of the UK Stem Cell Foundation and an active angel investor.  He is non-executive Chairman of FinnCap, the stockbroker.

About Jamie Constable

Jamie Constable set up RCapital, a private equity firm that specialises in financing and restructuring firms in financial distress, in April 2004 after many years experience in the industry.  It currently employs a small team of consultants with many years turnaround experience between them and has access to funds in excess of €50m.

He has previously worked at Touche Ross and Pipe Dreams, and also helped to set up Resurge, Three V Corporate Venturing and accountancy practice Robert James Partnership, where he still acts as a quasi non executive.
