About James Wyatt:

James is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments. He regularly gives lectures on the property market and has advised governments and foreign royal families on their residential properties. He has a degree in economics and is one of the housing experts for Moneyweek. He has also written the residential property chapter for Lexis Nexus and created the John D Wood & Co. indices
